The grapes are harvested in the second half of February and the first of March, when the grapes present their maximum expression.
Fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 14 - 20 days with controlled temperatures around 12 - 14°C. ation is performed in a completely natural way.
An intensely fruity wine with a plethora of aromas that remind us of lime, grass and tropical fruits. A full taste, intensive with pleasant acidity and long finish.
