WINE MAKING PROCESS
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, for 7-10 days with control temperature, maintained the range between 25-28°C. The malolactic fermentation is performed in a completely natural way.
An intense rd violet colour that gives aromas that remind us of ripe red fruits and cherries. A full taste, refreshing with excellent balance, pleasant acidity and a medium - long finish.
