Paladin Millesimato Extra Dry Prosecco Doc

The Prosecco Millesimato Paladin is the result of an accurate selection of grapes from vineyards of its historical production area. Prosecco has been present in this area for at least two centuries and for some historians, its origin dates back to the times of the Roman Empire. 
Prosecco has a pale straw-yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage. The scent is distinctly fruity and remembers apple and pear with a delicate hint of citrus fruit that blends in the floral. Characterized by a soft taste for the elegant melt of the foam to the palate. Sapid and persistent, pleasantly lively and light to each sip for its moderate alcohol.
