Paladin Pinot Grigio Rose'

Grapes are selected from the windy and sunny vineyards where grapes are perfectly ripe and there’s a low yield production. Each pick follows the crio maceration process at low
temperatures to obtain a light copper color. The process goes on with a soft pressing and a fermentation in a stainless steel tank. After a refinement of a few months, the blend is created. It has a great elegant copper color with a pink shade. The nose reminds Williams of pears, dried flowers and wild strawberries. It tastes dry and with savoury taste.
