Stirling Pink Gin

Boomsma Distillery Stirling Pink Gin is created with an advanced copper pot still. A beautiful glittering pink colour. The taste is sweetish, and warm, with strawberry and raspberry notes and hints of juniper berry and coriander. During distillation, a rigorous selection is made from the middle reaches. The heads and tails with the heavy and unpleasant tones are removed in order to obtain the best distillate. The result is one hundred per cent aromatic and tasteful.
