Its pleasant bouquet with fruity aromas of amarena cherries and currants, plus notes of fresh berry jam, cinnamon, vanilla and spices is the best combination for with red meat, it is traditionally very popular with pici (thick spaghetti) with meat sauce. Serve at room temperature.
