Saint-Joseph

Brilliant Rose in color. Light aromas of berries, orange blossom and grapefruit. Fresh, lively and fruity. Balanced structure. Slightly acidic with a long finish.

The grapes are all hand-picked and then partly destemmed when in the cellar. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks or in truncated wooden vats for 3 and up to 5 weeks. The traditional vinification that is used includes bare feet cap-punching or light pumping over to achieve delicate extractions. J.Denuzière Wine is aged for 12 months on fine lees in tanks or in 1 to 3 years-old casks.
