Prosecco Doc Rosé Brut

Chardonnay shows up in some remarkable places but few as breathtaking as the Roussillon where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean.

The color is bright light pink, with fine and persistent perlage. The flavor is really fresh and floral, with notes of pomegranate, red currant, wild strawberry, mint, and peach. Sapid and persistent, with a fine perlage. Prosecco Rosé Paladin is a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero, The Pinot Nero is harvested two weeks before the Glera to enhance the acidity and fragrance of the grape.
